The golden expression of a celebrated species.

When Ossetra reaches its Imperial grade, something shifts. The pearls lighten — golden amber, warm and luminous — and the flavor becomes rounder, silkier, more complex. This is what happens when a fish is given time: the roe deepens, the oils develop, and what emerges is a caviar of extraordinary refinement.

Ossetra Imperial is the choice of the confident palate — someone who knows what they are looking for and has found it. The nutty character of the species is still present, but elevated, accompanied by a buttery richness and a finish that is long, layered, and memorable. Once you know it, you will understand why Ossetra has been at the center of fine dining for centuries.

Tasting notes: Rich and buttery with golden amber character, notes of hazelnut and dried fruit. A silky, long-lasting finish.

Serving suggestion: Best served simply — on its own or with minimal accompaniment. Vintage Champagne or a fine unoaked Chardonnay is the ideal pairing.
